Synopsis

Set in the war in Iran and Iraq. A serial killer feels the desire to kill until he sees blood spilling into the ditches of the city. To achieve this goal, he devises a strategy in which the victims kill each other. The plan is carried out and the torrent of blood slowly fills the city.

Director

Abed Abest (Badar Abbas, 1987) is a director, writer and actor. He has participated in films such as Shahram Mokri’s Fish & Cat, which won the Horizon Award at the Venice Film Festival (2013) and Invasion (2017), a film nominated for the Teddy Award at the Berlin International Film Festival (2018). His first feature film was Simulation (2017), which premiered in the Forum section of the Berlin International Film Festival (2017). Killing the Eunuch Khan is his second feature film.
