SYNOPSIS
Upon his release from prison, Fai returns to his shack, but loses all his belongings in a police raid. With the help of a social worker, Fai and the other homeless go to court to fight for their rights while looking for a new home on the streets of Sham Shui Po.
DIRECTOR’S BIOGRAPHY
Jun Li studied journalism at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned his master’s research degree in Gender Studies at Cambridge University in England. His short film Liu Yang He (2017) won the Best Director Award at the Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival. His first feature film, Tracey (2018), won Best Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress at the Hong Kong Film Awards. With his second feature, Drifting (2021), he won MM2 at the Movie Makers Awards.
