A hospital employee is caught having sex with her boyfriend. The scene is captured by an X-ray machine. The hospital staff and patients who have access to the images are shocked. Unfortunately, suspicions about the authorship fall on the film’s protagonist, Nurse Yeo Yoon-Young and her boyfriend Sung-Woon.

YI Ok-seop (1987) graduated from the Seoul Institute of Arts and later from the Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA). He made his debut in 2010 with the short film Please, Find My Mom, which was the first in a series of similar productions. Maggie (2018) is her first feature film, and the director continues to address social issues related to unemployment, inequality, urban discrimination and police control. The film won the Citizen’s Critique Award at the Busan International Film Festival, as well as the Audience Award and Grand Prize at the Osaka Asian Film Festival (2018).
