Chi is a lousy real estate agent who doesn’t know what to do with his life. One day he meets Mr. Wong, a former primary schools P.E. teacher, who is very sick, but wants to keep the promise he made to his late wife to go on a 10kms run. At the same time, Tim Sum, an overweight student, is looking forward to his first 5km run just to be able to run with his idol. As this happens, discouraged Chi wanders aimlessly until one day, childhood memories illuminate his life.
