A mother in search of her missing son follows a lead that takes her to a fishing village, where corrupt police officers, who cover up child abuse, may have the answers to her mystery. Six years after her son’s disappearance, she still hasn’t given up hope, even after her husband’s shocking accident while rushing to follow a possible sighting. Although she is in mourning and does not know what will become of her, she does not give up.

Kim Seung-woo studied theatre at Chung-Ang University in Seoul. He has worked on the production teams of the feature films Traces of Love (2006) and Secret Sunshine (2007). Bring Me Home (2019) is his first feature film.
