Another Child

The film begins when 17-year-old Ju-ri sees her father having an affair with a restaurant owner, Kim Mi-hee, who is pregnant with his child. When she meets Mi-hee’s daughter Yoon-ah, a schoolmate, she turns around and runs away. When the two girls meet again at school, Yoon-ah takes the phone away from Ju-ri, who is talking to her mother Yeong-ju to tell her what happened. The four women embark on a complicated journey of love, hate, jealousy, disdain and betrayal.

Kim Yoon-seok (1967) is a South-Korean actor and filmmaker, who has a long-standing career as an actor, reaching stardom at the age of forty in 2008. The film Another Child, is his first feature film and focuses on a family drama.
