Synopsis
Arnold is a clever student who has won many academic awards. One day he meets Bee, who has the underground business of helping students to cheat in their exams. Bee asks Arnold to join her ring of cheaters, offering him a lot of money. While Arnold considers working with Bee, many students discontented with the school’s disrespect for their freedoms organize a massive protest.
Director
Sorayos Prapapan was born in 1986 in Thailand. He is an independent filmmaker, sound technician and artist based in Bangkok. He completed his studies at the Film and Photography Thammasat University of Thailand, and then he started working as a production assistant in Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives (Palme D’or in Cannes 2010). Prapapan presented Prelude of the Moving Zoo at the 2020 Rotterdam International Film Festival, and Arnold is a Model Student (2022) at the IFFR 2023.
