Synopsis
A mysterious white-haired woman arrives in town, blown by the wind. Introducing herself as “wanted woman”, Angie rents a property and opens a bar. The townspeople, each facing their own struggles, meet Angie. Inspired by her dignified way of life, they begin to change almost magically, overcoming personal insecurities.
Director
Yurugu Matsumoto (1969) is a Japanese filmmaker known for his work on short films and television documentaries. His works include Pay Phone (2018) and its sequel Cassette Tape (2019). Matsumoto continues to prepare multiple projects, such as Let’s Meet at Angie’s Bar (2024), his most recent work.
