Synopsis
When Alex Dela Cruz, a young Filipino‑American, returns to the Philippines after his mother’s death, he hopes to reconnect with a father he scarcely remembers. What unfolds is no ordinary reunion. He discovers that his father suffers from dissociative identity disorder, manifesting three very different personas; a farmer caught in a land dispute, a Muslim activist, and a whistle‑blowing janitor. Through minimal dialogue and powerful performances, Alex unravels not only his father’s fragmented identity but also confronting the social and political forces that shaped it.
