Synopsis
Green, a university lecturer and gay rights activist, faces a double blow when she’s unjustly fired from her job and subsequently evicted from her apartment. She is forced to move into her mother’s apartment with her partner due to financial difficulties. Her mother, who works as a carer for an elderly woman with dementia, is initially reluctant to welcome her daughter’s partner, struggling to reconcile Green’s definition of family with her own traditional expectations. Yet, a parallel struggle emerges in the mother’s professional life. The elderly woman’s condition serves as a pivotal element shaping the possible futures of each protagonist.
