Synopsis
Lanh, the son of Mr. Đạo, an undertaker, finds himself in dire straits due to gambling. In his desperation, fate leads him to encounter Le Thi Na, a ghostly woman who suggests to Lanh that they make a deal. Together, they carry out lucrative schemes to serve both their purposes, but there’s a catch. Due to the laws of the dead, winning money would have a detrimental effect.
Director
Nguyen Nhat Trung (1972), stage name Nhat Trung or Trung Lun), is a Vietnamese director, actor, and host. His debut feature film was Betting with Ghost (2024), featured in the Far East Film Festival (FEFF) 2024 and won the Audience Award.
