Estas pel\u00edculas forman parte de la muestra <strong>IndiaIndie<\/strong>, producida por Casa de la India y comisariada por Bina Paul, que hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en el cine de autor m\u00e1s independiente, tanto en hindi como en otras lenguas regionales de la India. En contraste con la industria de Bollywood, el g\u00e9nero cinematogr\u00e1fico m\u00e1s popular e influyente de la India y por el que el cine de este pa\u00eds ha sido m\u00e1s conocido, para ella es importante brindar no solo una nueva imagen de pa\u00eds teniendo en cuenta la diversidad cultural y social existente, sino tambi\u00e9n las nuevas tendencias que se perciben en los diferentes lenguajes y g\u00e9neros.
