Els relats que se\u2019ns narren uneixen cultures i pobles, consolidant-ne respectivament la identitat. L\u2019itinerari s\u2019inicia a Corea replicant-se a \u00cdndia, Indon\u00e8sia, Iran, Jap\u00f3, Kazakhstan i Uzbekistan. Aix\u00ed s\u2019ha concebut perqu\u00e8 s\u2019opti lliurement a la reconstrucci\u00f3 del mosaic d\u2019escenes que aquest cinema ens brinda. Totes les pel\u00b7l\u00edcules que es projectaran s\u2019han realitzat entre el 2020 i el 2023, per tant, parlem d\u2019un cinema recent que ens posa en contacte amb una realitat remota, per\u00f2 alhora molt propera i de gran actualitat. La tercera pel\u00b7l\u00edcula de Hee-jung, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Snow Paths<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> (2015), \u00e9s la hist\u00f2ria d&#8217;un home que intenta superar els seus traumes fins que ingressa en un sanatori cat\u00f2lic per alcoholisme. Graven un v\u00eddeo que mostra les habilitats de Reshmi, amb l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a d&#8217;utilitzar-lo per aconseguir oportunitats d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;estranger. No obstant aix\u00f2, les seves vides prenen un gir devastador quan Hareesh rep un inquietant v\u00eddeo a trav\u00e9s de WhatsApp. Sembla ser el v\u00eddeo original de Reshmi, fusionat amb imatges expl\u00edcites que involucren una altra dona participant en un acte sexual. Aquest v\u00eddeo desencadena un inesperat desequilibri emocional, social i matrimonial posant en crisi tota la seva relaci\u00f3. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Premi a Millor Gui\u00f3 en la Secci\u00f3 Oficial de l&#8217;AFFBCN 2023.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mahesh Narayanan<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, nascut el 1975 a Kerala, \u00e9s un cineasta i editor conegut pel seu treball en la ind\u00fastria cinematogr\u00e0fica malayalam. Va iniciar la seva carrera en la ind\u00fastria cinematogr\u00e0fica com a editor. Va treballar com a editor en nombroses pel\u00b7l\u00edcules i va obtenir reconeixement per les seves habilitats d&#8217;edici\u00f3. Va debutar com a director amb <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Take Off<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (2017), una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula basada en l&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3 d&#8217;infermeres \u00edndies de l&#8217;Iraq durant la insurg\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;ISIS. La seva pel\u00b7l\u00edcula <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C U Soon<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (2020) va cridar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 per la seva narrativa i format. Reticent a convertir-se en una mestressa de casa sumisa, una nit decideix escapar-se per seguir els seus estudis a Wamena, on vol aprendre m\u00e9s sobre els efectes medicinals de les plantes de Papua. Pel cam\u00ed es troba amb Ryan, un jove de vint-i-vuit anys aspirant a m\u00fasic. Durant el seu viatge, a mesura que intercanvien idees i opinions sobre la vida, una dol\u00e7a amistat sorgeix entre ells. La seva travessa est\u00e0 plena de dificultats, ja que s\u00f3n perseguits tant pel pare d&#8217;Orpa com pels aldeans que acusen Ryan de cometre un assassinat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Theo Rumansara<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> va n\u00e9ixer el 1989 a Biak, Papua. Mai va prendre l&#8217;art seriosament fins que va guanyar un concurs de cinema al seu institut el 2004, fet que el va fer passar de programador inform\u00e0tic a m\u00fasic-cineasta i mai va mirar enrere. Quan Marjan insisteix a llogar un \u00fater i la mare subrogada entra a les seves vides, sense voler passen per diferents proves i s&#8217;enfronten a dilemes morals que desconeixien. La pol\u00e8mica entorn de la subrogaci\u00f3 es posa damunt de la taula, deixant veure les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies d&#8217;una pr\u00e0ctica encara no prou legislada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nascut el 1983 a Teheran, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Seyyed Morteza Fatemi<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, escriptor, director, productor i presentador de televisi\u00f3, \u00e9s llicenciat en Enginyeria del Petroli i estudiant de doctorat en Filosofia Pol\u00edtica. Va iniciar la seva carrera com a periodista i va treballar com a redactor cap en diversos setmanaris i ag\u00e8ncies de not\u00edcies. A la Universitat s&#8217;avorreix malgrat saber que no trigar\u00e0 a graduar-se. Per\u00f2 coneix a Inogi, una noia amb una inf\u00e0ncia tr\u00e0gica, amb qui acaba entenent-se b\u00e9. Quan l&#8217;amic de Horigai, Homine, mor, ella comen\u00e7a a descobrir la viol\u00e8ncia de la qual aquest era capa\u00e7 i que ella no podia veure quan estava viu. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Premi a Millor Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula a la Secci\u00f3 NETPAC de l&#8217;AFFBCN 2021.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nascut a la prefectura de Kanagawa el 1982, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ryohei Yoshino<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> va comen\u00e7ar a fer pel\u00b7l\u00edcules independents mentre estudiava a la Universitat de Hosei. Despr\u00e9s de graduar-se, es va matricular a l&#8217;Institut Japon\u00e8s de la Imatge en Moviment, on es va especialitzar en cinematografia i tecnologia de la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3. Ha guanyat diversos premis pels seus curtmetratges i migmetratges fins a la data. Ha treballat en moltes s\u00e8ries de televisi\u00f3, documentals i curtmetratges.
