This jury will be integrated by five members professionally related to the film industry \u2013directors, critics and journalists\u2013. As usual, there will also be an independent Young Jury formed by five top students from national cinema schools.<br \/>\nThe awards granted in the CAFW are: the <strong>Jury Award<\/strong> for the Best Film, the Best Director and the Best Script in the Official Section; the <strong>Panorama Section Award<\/strong>, also for the Best Film, Best Director and Best Script; the <strong>Young Jury Award<\/strong> to the Best Film, Best Director and Best Script in the Official Section; and the <strong>Public Award<\/strong>. He is currently the president of Film ASEAN, composed of 10 agencies for film and audiovisual industries in the ASEAN region. In the mid 70\u2019s, after returning from Germany, he made one of his firsts films\u201d, like \u201cDamortis,which will be screened during the festival and that still remains as one of the most emblematic movies of the Independent Philippine Cinema. He chaired the Film Development Council of the Philippines for 6 years (2010-2016) and developed an important role in regrad with the preservation and restauration of the National Film Archives. Since 1998, she has been programming in the Busan International Film Festival. In 2002, she worked for the Busan International Film Festival as a program coordinator and she was in charge of the Korean Cinema Retrospective. She became involved in Asian cinema while programming the films of Chung Chang-Wha, and working on co-productions between Korea and Hong Kong. In 2007, she became the chief manager of the Asian Film Academy (AFA), an educational program for young Asian filmmakers and worked as a programmer for the Asian cinema section until 2013. She worked for the producer and distributor Current Pictures, from 1999 to 2012. She has directed the film \"Redha\" (2016), awarded for social and universal values. The film has also been chosen by Finas to represent Malaysia in the Foreign Language Film category at the 89th edition of the Academy Awards in Los Angeles. He has written the screenplays of \"Daan gyun naam yu\" (2011), nominated for Best Screenplay in 2012 at the Hong Kong Film Award and at the HKFCS Award; and of \"Gao hai ba shi lian II\" (2012), winner of Best Screenplay Award at the same festivals, in 2013. Since 2003, Mike Hostench combines his position as Co-Director of the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival de Catalu\u00f1a, with consulting for distribution and production companies. Mike Hostench has written 2 film scripts (released theatrically worldwide), three books on Asian and horror films, and contributes to movie magazines and websites. He has worked in cinema and advertising, and has taught photography classes. He has also acted as a camera in several documentaries and is currently a photographer for the magazines GTI Mag and Volkswagen, besides making portfolios and photographic books for actors and models. His Works have received national and international awards, such as the First Prize in the 9TH ANNUAL TWIN RIVERS MEDIA FESTIVAL, USA (2001) for \u201cBorsh\u201d, \u201cEl Refugio\u201d; Award for Best Director in the FESTIVAL EXPERIMENTAL DE MADRID (1996) for \u201cViaje a la Luna\u201d, and the Best Short Film Award 6TH INT. PANORAMA OF INDEPENDENT FILMAKERS DE TESAL\u00d3NICA (2004) for \u201cEl Coraz\u00f3n de las Tinieblas\u201d among others. He is currently producing the feature film INDIAN WAY, a Project supported by the European Union and the Ministry of Education.
