Aquest jurat estar\u00e0 integrat per cinc membres vinculats professionalment amb la ind\u00fastria del cinema -directors, cr\u00edtics i periodistes-. Com sempre, tamb\u00e9 hi haur\u00e0 un Jurat Jove independent format pels millors cinc estudiants d\u2019escoles nacionals de cinema.<\/p>\n<p>Els premis concedits al CAFF s\u00f3n: el <strong>Premi del Jurat<\/strong> a Millor Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, Millor Director i Millor Gui\u00f3 en la Secci\u00f3 Oficial; el <strong>Premi de la Secci\u00f3 Panorama<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 a Millor Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, Millor Director i Millor Gui\u00f3; el <strong>Premi del Jurat Jove<\/strong> a Millor Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, Millor Director i Millor Gui\u00f3 en la Secci\u00f3 Oficial; i el <strong>Premi del P\u00fablic<\/strong>. Santos \u00e9s un director de cinema i escriptor conegut per \u201cAla Verde, Ala Pobre\u201d (2005), \u201cAla Suerte Ala Muerte\u201d (2007) y \u201cAnino ng Setyemre\u201d (2006). Actualment, \u00e9s el president de Film ASEAN, composta per 10 ag\u00e8ncies l\u00edders en la ind\u00fastria audiovisual i cinematogr\u00e0fica a la regi\u00f3 d\u2019ASEAN. A mitjans dels anys 70, despr\u00e9s de tornar d\u2019Alemanya, va fer una de les seves primeres pel\u00b7l\u00edcules, \u201cDamortis\u201d (1986), que es projectar\u00e0 durant el festival i que continua sent una de els m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tiques del cinema independent filip\u00ed. Va dirigir el Film Development Council de Filipines durant sis anys (2010-2016), i va desenvolupar una important tasca en relaci\u00f3 amb la preservaci\u00f3 y restauraci\u00f3 del patrimoni cinematogr\u00e0fic de Filipines en els National Film Archives. Des del 1998, ha participat en el Busan International Film Festival. El 2002 va treballar al Busan International Film Festival com a coordinadora de programes i va estar a c\u00e0rrec de la Korean Cinema Retrospective. Va comen\u00e7ar a familiaritzar-se amb el cinema asi\u00e0tic mentre programava les pel\u00b7l\u00edcules de Chung Chang-Wha I treballava en co-produccions entre Corea i Hong Kong. El 2007, fou directora de l\u2019Asian Film Academy (AFA), un programa educatiu per a joves directors asi\u00e0tics, i treball\u00e0 com a programadora per a la secci\u00f3 de cinema asi\u00e0tic fins el 2013. La pel\u00b7l\u00edcula tamb\u00e9 ha estat seleccionada per Finas per a representar Mal\u00e0isia a la categoria Foreign Language Film, a la 89a edici\u00f3 dels Academy Awards a Los Angeles. Ha escrit els guions de \u201cDaan gyun naam yu\u201d (2011), nominada com a Best Screenplay el 2012, pel Hong Kong Film Award i el HKFCS Award; i de \u201cGao hai ba shi lian II\u201d (2012), que tamb\u00e9 va guanyar el premi al millor gui\u00f3 als mateixos festivals, el 2013. En primer lloc, en la distribuci\u00f3, treballant per a empreses com Virgin y Gorgon Video, en la producci\u00f3n i distribuci\u00f3n de pel\u00b7l\u00edcules, i despr\u00e9s en festivals. Des de l\u2019any 2003, en Mike Hostench combina el seu treball com a Co-Director del Sitges Festival Internacional de Cinema Fant\u00e0stic de Catalunya, amb el de consultor per a distribu\u00efdores i productores de cinema. En Mike Hostench ha escrit dos guions de cinema que s\u2019han estrenat arreu del m\u00f3n, tres llibres sobre pel\u00b7l\u00edcules asi\u00e0tiques i de terror, i col\u00b7labora amb revistes de cinema i llocs web. Ha treballat en cinema i publicitat, i ha impartit classes de fotografia. Aix\u00ed mateix, ha exercit com a c\u00e0mera en diversos documentals i actualment \u00e9s fot\u00f2graf per a les revistes de cotxes GTI Mag i Volkswagen, a m\u00e9s de realitzar portafolis i llibres de fotografia per a actors i models. Pels seus treballs, ha rebut diferents premis nacionals i internacionals, com el Primer Premi en el 9TH ANNUAL TWIN RIVERS MEDIA FESTIVAL, USA (2001) amb \u201cBorsh\u201d, \u201cEl Refugio\u201d; Premi a la Millor Direcci\u00f3 del FESTIVAL EXPERIMENTAL DE MADRID (1996) amb \u201cViaje a la Luna\u201d i premi al \u201cMillor Curtmetratge\u201d al PANORAMA INTERNACIONAL DE DIRECTORS INDEPENDENTS DE TESAL\u00d3NICA (2004) amb \u201cEl Coraz\u00f3n de las Tinieblas\u201d, entre d\u2019altres. Actualment, est\u00e0 preparant el llargmetratge INDIAN WAY, projecte que compta amb el suport de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i el Ministeri de Cultura. Des de l\u2019any 2002 \u00e9s assidu a festivals de cinema, plasmant les seves cr\u00f2niques i ressenyes de pel\u00b7l\u00edcules al blog \u00c0sia-Cine, que va crear el 2009. Apassionat del continent asi\u00e0tic despr\u00e9s del seu primer viatge al Jap\u00f3 l\u2019any 2006, no ha deixat de viatjar al continent del que ha visitat fins la data una dotzena de pa\u00efsos. Ha mostrat molts dels seus treballs a biennals d\u2019art a importants festivals de cinema i museus arreu del m\u00f3n. \u00c9s membre fundador de 13 Little Pictures, un col\u00b7lectiu cinematogr\u00e0fic amb seu a Singapur. Tamb\u00e9 treballa per al Comit\u00e8 del festival internacional de fotografia de Singapur, com a educador a escoles I universitats, i fou Associate Artist of the Substation.<\/p>\n<\/div><span
